Abstract
This study investigates the impact of remote work arrangements on employee productivity, with a focus on key performance indicators such as problem-solving abilities, job quality, time management, and overall efficiency. The study is set in the context of a rapid global shift toward remote work, fueled by technological advancements and the COVID-19 pandemic.
